Problem Statement

The existing team communication apps on the market were falling short in several key areas: they lacked flexibility, did not meet high data privacy standards, offered limited customization, and were often too expensive. Our goal was to create a customizable and secure communication platform with a modern, clean design that integrates seamlessly with various tools.

Process

We began by designing Synapse from scratch, developing a comprehensive style guide and all necessary designs. Our primary challenge was to create an interface that was both modern and easy to navigate. We focused on user experience, ensuring that the platform was intuitive and visually appealing.
